DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation’s most prominent multifamily management companies, was recently honored with five Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) awards by The Hampton Roads Apartment Council (HRAC). The HRAC, a division of the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), announced the award winners virtually during its 8th Annual ACE Awards ceremony on Friday, July 10, 2020.
Each year, the ACE Awards recognize excellence in the field of property management and are determined by independent, impartial judges who tour Hampton Roads area communities and interview associated team members. For 2020, DF had five individual communities representing three cities within the Hampton Roads area receive these local honors. Three DF Multifamily communities received the highly coveted Community of the Year Award including Warwick Village Apartments (Newport News) for Average Rents Up to $900, Holly Point (Chesapeake) with Average Rents from $1,176-$1,300, and Venture Apartments iN Tech Center (Newport News) with Average Rents from $1,351-$1,450.
DF went on to sweep victories in two other categories, including Haygood Halls (Virginia Beach) receiving the Resident Satisfaction Award and Old Donation Apartments (Virginia Beach) receiving the Community Involvement Award.
