Kellie J. Falk | CPM, CAPS, HCCP, MBA
Managing Director
Kellie is deeply committed to the apartment industry, having served as the North Carolina Apartment Association president and being a frequent lecturer at industry events nationwide. She was recognized as Top 40 for Real Estate and Construction by the NC Triangle Business Journal, awarded the Top Apartment Executive by the NC Triangle Apartment Association, and the NC Triangle Leader Impact for Commercial Real Estate award. Kellie was inducted into the NC Women Business Owners Hall of Fame and selected for the Hall of Fame for the Apartment Association of North Carolina. She is a Housing Credit Certification Professional (HCCP®) through the National Association of Home Builders, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS®) with the National Apartment Association. She has a Real Estate Brokers License in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.
In addition to her work for the apartment industry, Kellie is actively involved in her community. North Carolina Governor appointed her to the Board of Trustees for Wake Technical Community College, where she serves as the Chair. Kellie previously served on the Executive Board of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. However, her most valuable contribution to her community is her work for various nonprofits, including the Frankie Lemmon School, Meredith College, and Beginnings.
Kellie received her BA from Meredith College with a major in Business Economics and a minor in Religion. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Urban Development from American University.

Wendy Drucker | CPM
Managing Director
Wendy began her career with Drucker + Falk in 1981. Based first in the Raleigh, North Carolina office, Wendy worked in almost every multifamily capacity in the firm. In 1994, Wendy moved to the company's headquarters in Newport News, Virginia, where she currently serves as Managing Director. In addition to new business development, her passion is multifamily development, working with developers on new construction and lease-up projects, older and historic apartment community renovations, and repositioning and renovating mature, value-add assets. She remains a leader in adopting emerging technology to work within the ever-changing multifamily and commercial real estate landscape.
Wendy is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, MA, holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and Virginia, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Wendy has been very involved in numerous business and charitable organizations, including past chair of the Newport News Economic Development Authority, past chair and member of the board of Hampton Roads Academy, past chair and active member of Greater Peninsula Now, and Impact 100, to name a few.

Inquisitive about the world, David has visited dozens of countries experiencing life among its most diverse people and cultures. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in finance, David is an early adopter of all things technical, and a staunch advocate of using technology to smartly create operating efficiencies and expense savings, while being ever mindful we are in the "people" business. A self-proclaimed emerging technology and gadget guy, David drives a Tesla, or it drives him, something he started long before "car charging station" was part of the modern-day vernacular. David focuses on due diligence, finance, equity partnerships, development, syndication, and brokering multifamily investments.

J. Guy Buck | CPA, MBA
President
Guy Buck was promoted to President in January 2026 after serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2014, where he focuses on overseeing financial reporting, finance, strategic planning, taxes and opportunities for investment, growth and process improvement. He leads teams in accounting, information technology, human resources, legal and compliance, acquisitions, asset management and risk management. Additionally, Guy leads the Drucker + Falk 401(k) Review Committee and oversees real estate investments, including the closing of acquisitions and refinances.
Before joining Drucker + Falk, Guy served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Cassidy & Pinkard, the largest locally owned commercial real estate services company in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has also worked with David & Samson, a public accounting firm based in the Washington, DC area.
Guy graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Music degree and later obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Springs. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA®) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Industrial Management, Jim earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. An investment and asset management executive with some of the industry’s most prominent firms, Jim came to Drucker + Falk in 2009, bringing with him extensive commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, finance, development, brokerage, and management experience. Cheering "War Eagle" amid all things orange and blue, Jim is a supporter of anything "but Bama. " A workout enthusiast, bike rider, avid fisherman and skier, whose business discussions are often fronted by a throwback sports analogy, Jim has been instrumental in the transformation of Drucker + Falk to a NMHC Top 50 firm.

Amber serves as Director of Human Resources at Drucker + Falk, where she leads the organization-wide people strategy. With 20 years of multi-industry human resources experience, she has built agile, people-first teams that elevate organizational performance and drive transformative change in culture and talent development. Amber’s leadership has strengthened retention, modernized HR technology systems, and fostered award-winning initiatives in inclusion and engagement.
Amber holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from Christopher Newport University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a member of SHRM’s Executive Network, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Workforce Council.

As Director of Multifamily Management, he oversees a $1.5 billion portfolio encompassing more than 13,000 units, driving operational excellence, long-term portfolio growth, and team development across diverse asset types. Throughout his tenure, Andrew has been recognized for his ability to articulate a clear vision, align teams around shared goals, and adapt with agility to changing market dynamics. His leadership blends strategic planning with hands-on operational insight, ensuring strong performance, efficient resource allocation, and scalable systems that support sustainable growth. A Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM), Andrew is a people-first leader known for fostering high-performing, mission-driven cultures rooted in trust, transparency, and empowerment. He is deeply committed to mentoring future leaders, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging innovation to enhance performance and elevate the resident experience. Respected throughout the multifamily housing industry, Andrew is a frequent speaker on multifamily trends, operations, and leadership. As Chair of the company’s Culture Committee, C.J. leads initiatives that promote inclusion and collaboration across the organization.

David Walton serves as Chief Information Officer, leading all information technology initiatives with a focus on digital transformation, IT governance, and AI integration. With over 21 years of IT experience spanning the private sector, real estate, healthcare, education, and government, he is recognized for his strategic leadership and ability to align technology innovation with organizational objectives.
As Chair of the IT Steering Committee, David drives enterprise modernization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and promote intelligent automation. He has also served as an advisor to numerous businesses and organizations, providing guidance on technology strategy, governance, and digital maturity. His leadership fosters collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

With over 25 years of hands-on property management experience, Deidre currently serves as the Director of Multifamily Management in the Hampton Roads, Virginia region. In this role, she oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. Her expertise spans a range of management functions, including lease-up strategies, resident relations, property marketing, and budgetary oversight.
Prior to this position, Deidre held the role of Regional Property Manager at Drucker + Falk, where she successfully led teams to manage properties across multiple states, implementing industry best practices and driving profitability. She has also held senior portfolio management positions at various renowned real estate and investment firms, both public and private, further solidifying her expertise in large-scale property operations.
Deidre’s extensive experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations of multifamily properties in several markets across the United States, navigating complex market dynamics, and adapting strategies to ensure long-term success. Her deep understanding of the real estate industry, paired with a strong history of increasing operational efficiencies and enhancing asset value, makes her a trusted leader in the field.
A Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) since 2010, Deidre continues to expand her expertise by pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She has also been an active participant in the industry, serving on boards at the local, regional, and national levels of various apartment associations, where she has contributed her insights and leadership to advance the property management profession.
Deidre is a proud Virginia native who enjoys spending time at the local beaches with her family. Eric Skow serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Drucker + Falk, leading the DF Ventures investment platform and holding a position on the investment committee. His work focuses on joint ventures targeting value-add and core-plus investment strategies.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Eric previously held real estate development roles at Verde Apartment Communities and Day Retail. He is an alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Master of Business Administration.

With a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Dr. Jamika Bivens brings extensive expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent strategy. A certified SHRM–SCP and Predictive Index Practitioner, she is dedicated to advancing leadership capability, strengthening employee engagement, and cultivating a workforce that thrives through innovation and purpose. With over 32 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management, Jim Healy has built a career defined by operational excellence, strategic vision, and long-standing client relationships. Since joining Drucker+ Falk in 2003, he has advanced through key leadership roles, showcasing both depth and breadth in portfolio management across multifamily and commercial sectors.
In his current role as Director of Commercial Property Management, Jim oversees a diverse portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He is responsible for all aspects of operations-strategic planning, budgeting, maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration-while working closely with property owners and leasing agents to maximize asset value and profitability.
Earlier in his career at Drucker+ Falk, Jim served as Regional Property Manager for eight multifamily communities totaling more than 1,500 units, spanning both conventional and LIHTC programs. His leadership drove measurable improvements in occupancy, rental income, and resident satisfaction. Before joining DF, he gained extensive experience at Shelter Management Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of 40+ multifamily properties, and proudly served in the United States Navy, where he developed strong leadership, logistical, and organizational skills.
Jim is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson. He has also held leadership positions with regional and state apartment councils, including serving as President of the Peninsula and Hampton Roads Apartment Councils.
In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time bottle hunting on the Chesapeake Bay.

Kimberly Krzemien serves as the Multifamily Director of Operations for Drucker + Falk’s Midwest region. Over her 15+ years with the company, she has played a key role in the firm’s growth and expansion, including opening and leading Drucker + Falk’s Midwest office.
With a deep-rooted career in the multifamily industry, Kimberly brings extensive expertise in third-party management, owner/operator models, institutional investors, REITs, and TIC ownership groups. Her experience spans new development and lease-up projects, mixed-use communities, value-add and renovation initiatives, and conventional multifamily operations.
Known for her passion for people, Kimberly is dedicated to fostering professional growth and helping others succeed in their career paths.

With more than 30 years of senior management experience spanning the commercial real estate, banking, media, and healthcare sectors, Lisa Brewer Rodrigez is Director, Business Development, where she oversees strategic company growth and expansion throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets. Lisa serves as a central point of contact for institutional, family office, private investor and developer clients, who own or are looking to acquire or enhance multifamily assets. In close collaboration with Multifamily Operations, she evaluates new management opportunities, supporting clients in the development of data driven business plans designed to optimize asset performance and investor returns.
Lisa has considerable merger & acquisition experience as a means of expanding market share and driving company growth. Her strong background in targeted consumer marketing and outreach enhances her ability to work with clients to identify optimal asset positioning. Recognized as a trusted client advisor, she deeply values the long-term business relationships she has cultivated throughout her career.
A graduate of Hollins College with a degree in political science and a concentration in American foreign policy, Lisa earned her Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation, and in 2006, received her MBA from the College of William and Mary, Mason School of Business.
With a passion for interior design, she and her husband enjoy renovating homes and spoiling their three rescue cats. Weather permitting, many family memories are made boating on the Chesapeake Bay.

Lisa Narducci-Nix serves as Director of Business and Property Development at Drucker+ Falk, where she leads strategic business development initiatives and drives the company's growth across the Southeast. In this role, she partners with ownership groups, investors, and developers to identify opportunities, structure management engagements, and position multifamily assets for operational and financial success. Her responsibilities include overseeing the pursuit and execution of new third-party management assignments, shaping go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and strong client partnerships.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Lisa has directed multifamily operations for portfolios exceeding 15,000 units. Her background spans lease-ups, value-add repositioning, and stabilized communities, with a proven record of driving NOi growth, implementing operational frameworks, and aligning execution with ownership objectives. Prior to joining Drucker+ Falk, she held senior roles with Grubb Ventures, Colonial Properties Trust, Cornerstone Realty, and Summit Properties.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing & Interiors with a Marketing minor from Appalachian State University. She has held a North Carolina Real Estate license as well as multiple industry designations, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM I & 11), and is also CPM Candidate with IREM.

Michael has over 33 years of real estate experience. He has held positions in sales, leasing and property management, for a variety of building types and owners. Michael has been the recipient of the HRACRE Deal of the Year Award; Hampton Roads Association of REALTORS top producer award, the DH Goodman Community Service Award, the Outstanding Service Award, and the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Company Profit. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Michael flew fighter aircraft with the US Air Force.

Randal Bryant

Randal Bryant joined Drucker+ Falk in 2002 and brings over 25 years of industry experience. He currently serves as Director of Risk Management and Asset Performance.
Prior to this role, Randal was a Regional Property Manager in the Southeastern Region. He has worked with numerous communities from the feasibility and planning stages through lease-up and stabilized operations.
Randal has experience across a wide range of property types and ownership profiles, including private owners, partnerships, institutional owners, and housing authorities. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Candidate and holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.

Regina Harris joined Drucker & Falk in June 2015, initially serving as Regional Property Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. Today, she leads as Assistant Director of the Mid-Atlantic portfolio, leveraging more than four decades of experience in multifamily real estate management to drive operational excellence and asset performance across the region.
Over the course of her 40+-year career, Regina has successfully overseen a wide range of housing communities, including market-rate properties, affordable housing (LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, Section 236/Co-op), rural developments, and acquisition-renovation or lease-up projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Her comprehensive background spans all phases of property management, from stabilization and occupancy to repositioning and long-term operations.

She served as Area Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region at AIMCO and as Vice President in the Southeast Region at S.L. Nusbaum. These roles provided her with extensive regional expertise and a deep understanding of both market-rate and affordable housing sectors.
Regina holds professional credentials as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). She has also held a Virginia Real Estate License. Her proven track record, strategic insight, and leadership acumen make her an instrumental force in guiding the Mid-Atlantic operations at Drucker & Falk.

Ron Brown
Director of Maintenance Operations
Ron Brown serves as the Director of Maintenance Operations at Drucker + Falk, overseeing strategic maintenance initiatives, vendor partnerships, and operational performance across the company’s multifamily portfolio. Ron joined Drucker + Falk in December 2005 as a Service Manager and was promoted to Regional Maintenance Coordinator in 2010. He later served in a dual role as Regional Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Coordinator for three years.
With more than 25 years of multifamily experience, Ron has worked across Section 8, tax credit, conventional, and Class A lease-up communities. A Veteran of the U.S. Navy, his expertise includes asset management oversight, contract negotiations, due diligence inspections, new community acquisitions, annual maintenance audits, safety training, new hire orientations, and the planning and management of capital projects.
Ron studied HVAC Technology at Tidewater Community College and Information Technology at Bryant & Stratton College.

Sharon Stover
Director of Accounting
Sharon has been with OF since 1981, starting in Property Management in Richmond, Virginia before transferring to the Accounting Department in Newport News, Virginia in 1983. She served as the Internal Auditor for several years before assuming the position of Accounting Manager in 1988 and Controller in 2004. Sharon's responsibilities include managing the firm's day-to-day central accounting operations, supervising accounting staff members as they serve clients and other departmental accounting needs, coordinating with clients and their CPA's concerning the accounting system, financial reporting, internal controls, and supporting documents, and initiating the opening and closing of all client depository accounts, and the investment of clients' funds.
Sharon is a 1981 graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia with a BS degree in Business/ Economics and a 1991 graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia with a BS in Accounting. Sharon is married and has 3 children.

Sherry Yarborough
Director of Multifamily Management
Beginning her journey in multifamily housing in 1986, Sherry brings 39 years of multifamily leadership experience to Drucker + Falk. She has been responsible for the management of up to 15,900 units, covering 13 states in the Eastern US with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, new construction, student housing, fee management, value add, operations, training, marketing, and more.
Sherry enjoys giving back to an industry that has been so good to her. An active volunteer with apartment associations at the local, state, and national level, she currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, and Past President of the Triangle Apartment Association. She continues to serve on committees and participates in lobbying for issues that impact the multifamily industry. She has volunteered as a facilitator/trainer and participated in affordable housing workgroups, industry roundtables, and town hall events.
Sherry has previously been recognized as Property Management Executive of the Year by Triangle Apartment Association, Designate of the Year by the National Apartment Association, and Manager of the Year by Triangle Apartment Association. She most recently has been inducted in the Apartment Association of North Carolina Hall of Fame. Sherry is a graduate of North Carolina State University, has previously completed her CAM and CAPS designations, and is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker.
Sherry strives to have a positive impact on those with which she comes in contact, not only in her professional life but personally as well.

Stephanie Harrison

Stephanie Harrison joined Drucker + Falk in 2011 as Property Manager for a new lease-up community in Fayetteville, North Carolina. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has developed a comprehensive background spanning new construction and development, value-add repositioning, affordable and student housing, and large-scale capital projects across multiple asset types.
Known for her exceptional leadership, client focus, and dedication to both colleagues and residents, Stephanie was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2015. In 2020, she played a key role in expanding Drucker + Falk’s presence in the Southeast by relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she helped establish the regional office. As the Charlotte portfolio flourished, she advanced to Senior Regional Property Manager in 2021 and now serves as Assistant Director of Multifamily Management. In this capacity, Stephanie provides operational oversight for assets throughout Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Rock Hill/Fort Mill (SC), Alabama, Destin (FL), and surrounding markets.
Stephanie holds NALP and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association and is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys training her German Shorthaired Pointers, playing pool, and traveling with her husband.

With nearly two decades of leadership in multifamily property management, Steve Pearce has developed extensive expertise across all asset types—including lease-up/new development, reposition/value-add, stabilized market rate, and affordable housing (LIHTC, HUD, federally backed, and privately funded communities). His career is defined by consistent results in improving asset performance, maximizing profitability, and cultivating strong teams and client relationships.
In 2025, Steve was promoted to Assistant Multifamily Director for the Southeast at Drucker + Falk, where he provides operational leadership, strategic support, and client engagement across a growing regional portfolio. Since joining DF in 2016, he has overseen multifamily communities generating nearly $30 million annually in revenue, while working directly with investors, lenders, and development partners to optimize both new and existing assets.
Prior to DF, Steve served as a Regional Property Manager with NRP Group and Investment Realty, where he directed the operations of thousands of units across multiple states. In these roles, he collaborated closely with development and construction teams during lease-up, implemented asset management plans to improve property performance, and advanced repositioning strategies to maximize investor returns. He began his career with national leaders such as Greystar and JMG Realty, building a strong foundation in leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
Steve holds a B.A. in Business Management/Marketing from East Carolina University, along with an A.A. in Business Management/Marketing from Wake Technical Community College. Dexter began his career at Drucker + Falk in 2009 as Service Technician at Montecito. He later transitioned to Leasing Consultant at Shellbrook and in 2021 promoted to Property Manager at Montecito West. This progression equipped Dexter with a comprehensive and well-rounded skill set, encompassing technical maintenance, customer-focused leasing, strategic property management, along with assisting in the management of capital improvements, and effective marketing strategies.
In 2022, Dexter left Drucker + Falk to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. Shortly thereafter, he founded Tiny Homes Raleigh, which quickly became one of the leading ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) builders in the city. His innovative designs were selected for the City of Raleigh’s ADU Fast Track Program, where he finished second in the city’s ADU Pitchfest. During this period, Dexter collaborated extensively with the City of Raleigh to expand housing options for in-fill properties. He built Raleigh’s first duplex ADU and continues to develop triplexes in the area. Dexter and his projects have been featured in various media and news outlets.
Returning to Drucker + Falk, Dexter will be based in the Raleigh Regional office and will assume the role of Business Analyst. In this capacity, he will facilitate assigned projects and tasks, supporting business development, multifamily housing, and other departments.
In his free time, Dexter is dedicated to community service. He established the Day of Giving at DF in 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Mordecai CAC. During the fall, he enjoys cheering for his beloved Buffalo Bills!

Over the years, Frances has navigated numerous community transitions and ownership assumptions, gaining extensive experience in capital improvement projects, large-scale interior renovations, and multi-site operations. Her portfolios, over the past 35 years, have consisted of conventional (A, B, C and D product), affordable (Tax Credit and HUD) and student housing in multiple states to include: Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Maryland, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, and Prague in the Czech Republic.
She has been responsible for up to 15 assets and has directly supervised two district managers as well as partnered with ownership in supervising over $25 million in interior and exterior renovations during her career. Including being instrumental in preparing financial spreadsheets, trending reports and revenue analysis, she has also developed, implemented and directed due diligence, transition and take over programs. Loren Bazemore is an accomplished property management executive with over 14 years of progressive experience leading luxury and conventional multifamily communities across major markets, including Los Angeles, Richmond, and the Southeast. As a Regional Manager with Drucker + Falk, Loren oversees a portfolio exceeding 1,000 units and multiple new developments, driving operational performance, financial growth, and award-winning results.
Throughout her career, Loren has built and led high-performing teams recognized for excellence in customer service, marketing innovation, and community engagement. She has successfully executed multiple large-scale lease-ups, including luxury and mixed-use communities that reached stabilization ahead of schedule and surpassed revenue targets. Her leadership has guided teams to record-breaking occupancy and retention rates, as well as recognition within regional and national apartment associations.
Loren partners closely with asset managers, investors, and developers to deliver strategic insight and operational excellence. She plays a key role in property assumptions, dispositions, and new development consulting—bringing data-driven strategy and a people-first approach to every project.
An active industry leader, Loren currently serves as Board Member for the Virginia Apartment Management Association and for IREM Chapter 38. With 19 years of multifamily housing experience, Lori Crocker has built her career from the ground up—starting as a Leasing Consultant for a national REIT and advancing through nearly every operational role along the way. She joined the DF family in 2012 as a Property Manager through a community acquisition and quickly established herself as a results-driven leader. Later, as an Area Property Manager, she gained extensive experience across lease-ups, stabilized communities, and affordable housing. Assisting and managing properties ranging from 80 to 790 units, she became a regional go-to for training, support, and affordable housing operations.
By 2020, Lori transitioned into the Regional Property Management Coordinator position, supporting two regions across seven states. She played a key role in acquisitions and dispositions of properties, trained new and seasoned managers, and helped implement new policies and operational processes company wide.
Since 2022, Lori has served as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes student, value-add, conventional, and affordable communities. Known for her collaborative leadership and operational depth, Lori is passionate about driving team performance, optimizing property success, and fostering resident satisfaction.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys life by the beach walking the shorelines, hiking in the mountains, and capturing life through photography. She also loves playing guitar, singing, and spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their dog, Taco.
Lori maintains her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credentials from the National Apartment Association. She is also on the events committee for the Myrtle Beach Apartment Association.

Her passion for Property Management is reflected in her proven record of success as both a Regional Vice President and a Regional Property Manager. In her tenure as Regional Vice President, Marla played a key role in establishing corporate standards and advancing company initiatives, including policy and procedure development, training program creation, software conversions, and new community start-ups.

Nina’s leadership is defined by integrity, collaboration, and performance. She works closely with clients to enhance asset value, elevate resident satisfaction, and cultivate high-performing teams that consistently deliver measurable success. Joining Drucker+ Falk in 2001 (22-year tenure), Sabrina Gendreau, starting her DF career as a Property Manager at West Village in Durham, has held countless roles within DF, but most recently, she has helped to grow and manage properties in the suburban Washington DC metro area. Currently, she oversees the largest portfolio within DF and arguably the toughest. Covering an area of over 6,200 square miles and consisting of numerous municipalities, Sabrina's assignments present a unique set of challenges beyond the properties themselves. A US Army Veteran, Sabrina holds her CAM, CAPS, and HCCP certifications and is well respected by her peers.
Sabrina has been instrumental in the continued success and growth of Department 32. In her role as RPM, she has become a mentor to many of our outstanding Property Managers and teams. Well-respected by individual and institutional clients, Sabrina's experience and approach make her one of DF's most successful and respected leaders.
As Senior Regional Property Manager, she will continue to manage a modest portfolio of assets while continuing to mentor, onboard, and supervise new associates, help to implement new initiatives and continue to grow the DF portfolio of communities.

Tonya Raines joined the Drucker + Falk team in 2013 as a Property Manager and was later promoted to Senior Property Manager and currently serves as Regional Property Manager. With 27 years of experience in the property management industry, Tonya has successfully managed both conventional and lease-up communities. Under her leadership, these communities have earned numerous property and performance awards throughout her tenure with Drucker + Falk, as well as multiple honors through the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA).
Tonya’s exceptional leadership, strong operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have consistently driven outstanding results. Her dedication has earned her numerous professional accolades, including recognition as Property Manager of the Year. Tracey Johnson began his career with Drucker + Falk in 1995, initially focusing on Commercial Management Sales and Leasing before transitioning to Multifamily Operations. With over 30 years of experience at Drucker and Falk, Tracey is based in our Raleigh, NC office. He now serves as a Regional Property Manager for the Southeast Division. Tracey has extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, overseeing challenging management assumptions, and transforming value-add assets into stabilized, high-performing investments.
He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Augustine’s University. Within IREM’s Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105, Tracey has held numerous positions, including Chapter President in 2010. He was honored as Certified Property Manager of the Year in 2011 and CPM Candidate of the Year in 2006 and has served on the IREM Executive Council for many years.
