Alex is a Regional Property Manager with almost 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a special focus on value-add/renovation and stabilization of Class B & C properties.  He has a proven record of driving NOI growth, implementing operational frameworks, and aligning execution with ownership objectives.  His experience in the third-party management sector with individual, syndicated and institutional clients make him well situated to help in the continued growth of Drucker + Falk. 

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania as well the industry designation Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).

With more than two decades of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Amy Gutierrez began her career in 2004 and has built an accomplished track record across a wide range of property types, including Conventional, Luxury, Tax Credit, Farmers Home, and Bond communities. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for revitalizing underperforming assets, improving occupancy, and creating impactful value-add projects that enhance both property performance and resident experience.

Currently serving as a Regional Property Manager, Amy oversees seven communities across three cities. Her leadership approach emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth, and she takes great pride in guiding her teams toward operational excellence.  Amy is RAM, CAM, and CAPS certified.

Amy’s career is defined by her passion for the dynamic nature of property management—she thrives in an environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. She enjoys the balance of strategic oversight, hands-on involvement, and the personal fulfillment that comes from watching both her properties and her team members succeed.

April joined Drucker + Falk in March 2020 as a Regional Property Manager in Richmond, Virginia, and is now based in the Wilmington, North Carolina office. With over 19 years of experience in property management, she has successfully handled countless lease-ups, community transitions, value-add projects, historic renovations, and more—building a well-rounded foundation across a variety of asset types including Class A and B conventional, 55+ active adult, student housing, and new construction communities.

April is an active member of the Wilmington Apartment Association, serving as Secretary in 2025 and Vice President in 2026. In pursuit of her passion for the industry, she has earned both the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designations through the National Apartment Association.

Always striving to see the best in every situation, April encourages her team to do the same. She is deeply committed to professional growth and development, motivating her team members to not only meet but exceed their personal and professional goals.

Ashley brings over 15 years of progressive experience in multifamily operations, providing strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio. In her role as Regional Property Manager, she is responsible for driving asset performance through operational excellence, financial optimization, and effective leadership. Her experience encompasses lease-up, value-add, and stabilized assets within both affordable and conventional markets. Ashley is recognized for her analytical approach, focus on portfolio growth, and consistent delivery of superior financial and operational results.

With over 16 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Brina brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Regional Property Manager. She has successfully managed both conventional and lease-up communities and is highly skilled in overseeing property renovations and repositioning projects. Currently, Brina’s portfolio with Drucker + Falk expands from Harrisonburg to Petersburg where she leads operational excellence, sustained financial performance and strategic growth. Brina’s background in business development, paired with her strong data analysis and market insight, allows her to guide clients in identifying the right investment opportunities to achieve their goals.

Brina holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and proudly serves on the Virginia Apartment Management Association’s Events and Education Committee. A strong advocate for professional development, Brina is passionate about fostering employee growth, encouraging cross-training, and promoting active engagement within the apartment association and internal company projects.

Brittany Clark is an Associate Regional Property Manager and has been an integral part of our team since joining in 2012. Over the years, she has managed multiple communities across the Carolinas, ranging in size and scope, and has been an active industry contributor, serving on the Government Affairs Committee and the PR & Community Outreach Committee for the Apartment Association of North Carolina. In the past, she has been recognized with the DF Helping Hands Award both in 2020 and 2022, highlighting her commitment to supporting her colleagues and communities.

Most recently, Brittany served as a Training + Development Specialist, where she helped design, develop, and implement innovative training strategies across our organization. Her knowledge of policy development, instructional design, and team learning has left a lasting impact, empowering employees and elevating performance throughout our portfolio.

In her new role, Brittany partners closely with regional leadership to oversee property operations, financial performance, and compliance across a diverse portfolio. She provides guidance to property teams, assists with budgeting and financial reporting, and ensures that operational standards are maintained at the highest level. With her extensive background in training, development, and property management, Brittany is uniquely positioned to drive success while continuing to inspire and mentor those around her.

Brittany holds an associate’s degree in business administration with a specialty in accounting from Rowan College. She also maintains her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credentials from the National Apartment Association since 2020.

Brittany Partaledis joined Drucker+ Falk in 2007 and is currently a Regional Property Manager in the Southeastern Region. With over a decade of experience, Brittany has accomplished industry knowledge in value-add communities, new construction, and major capital projects. Brittany holds her CAM designation through NAA and CPM designation through IREM. Brittany has been actively involved with the local IREM chapter serving for five years and served as President of the local IREM chapter in 2021. Brittany has also held committee positions with the local Triangle Apartment Association. Brittany holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Meredith College.

Carly first joined Drucker+ Falk in July 2019 as a Property Manager, where she quickly earned recognition for her leadership skills. During this time, she obtained her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and South Carolina Property Manager in Charge (SCPMIC) license, and was soon promoted to Regional Property Manager.

With more than 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Carly brings extensive knowledge and expertise across diverse markets throughout the Carolinas. She began her career in Charlotte, NC, and has since managed communities in Fort Mill, SC; Charleston, SC; Summerville, SC; Greensboro, NC; Mooresville, NC; Hickory, NC; and Winston-Salem, NC. This regional breadth has provided her with a strong understanding of market trends, resident demographics, and a wide range of property types.

After gaining additional experience outside the company, Carly has returned to Drucker+ Falk with an expanded skill set and fresh perspective. Over the course of her career, she has successfully managed receivership assets, lease-ups, build-to-rent communities, and retail properties, as well as historic mill conversions, value-add renovations, mixed-use developments, townhomes, garden-style apartments, and midrise buildings.

Carly's versatility, passion for excellence, and proven track record continue to make her a trusted leader in the ever-evolving multifamily housing industry.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys fishing, riding dirt bikes, and hiking with her husband and children.

Caroline Sullivan serves as a Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region, bringing over 28 years of multifamily management and leadership experience to her role.

A proven leader in talent development and team building, she has cultivated high-performing teams that consistently deliver operational excellence and exceptional resident satisfaction. She has successfully led numerous award-winning Class A lease-ups, setting new standards for innovation, performance, and community engagement. Drawing on her extensive experience in multifamily development from the ground up, she brings vision and precision to every project transforming new development into award-winning, high-performing communities.

Known for her forward-thinking approach, she embraces technology and emerging industry trends, integrating smart-home systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and elevate resident experience. Chauncey Eaton joined Drucker & Falk in 2001 and immediately embarked on a remarkable upward trajectory that has defined his decades-long tenure with the firm. Demonstrating both aptitude and ambition, he quickly advanced through a series of increasingly complex roles across the organization. In 2008, he earned his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, marking a pivotal step in his professional development and laying the groundwork for his transition into Drucker + Falk’s Affordable Housing Management Portfolio.

Upon joining the company’s Affordable Housing division, Chauncey served as a critical liaison between ownership, management, development, and construction teams. His ability to bridge operational perspectives with strategic objectives distinguished him as an invaluable asset in the delivery and preservation of high-quality affordable communities. In recognition of his expertise and commitment to regulatory excellence, he achieved the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation in 2018, further solidifying his standing as a respected authority within the LIHTC and compliance sectors.

Chauncey is a proud graduate of Campbell University, and his industry contributions extend far beyond his onsite and regional leadership. He has been honored with numerous accolades, including the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) MVP of the Year Award in 2012. In 2017, he authored a widely regarded article for NAA’s Units Magazine, titled “Affordable Housing… It Ain’t What It Used to Be,” offering insight into the evolving landscape of affordable housing across the nation. Additionally, he is commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of North Carolina.

With 27 years of experience in the Multifamily industry, Debbie began her career in leasing and now serves as a Regional Property Manager. Throughout her career, Debbie developed a strong passion for mentoring and training within the teams she leads. She believes in continuous growth and is committed to fostering a positive culture of development and engagement. She is recognized for her leadership and her passion for developing individuals into high performers within the multifamily industry. Through this, she has been known for building the right team to promote revenue growth and creating extraordinary resident experiences, while maintaining the asset.

has successfully managed mid-rise, garden-style, stabilized communities, lease-ups and participated in renovation projects throughout the Richmond, Hampton Roads and Fredericksburg markets, where she has built a strong reputation in operational distinction and personnel development, representing her contributions to the Multifamily industry. An advocate for training and education, she studied at Virginia Commonwealth University and has earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certifications. She remains committed to career growth and continued education, always striving to improve her skills.

Dexter began his career at Drucker + Falk in 2009 as Service Technician at Montecito. He later transitioned to Leasing Consultant at Shellbrook and in 2021 promoted to Property Manager at Montecito West. This progression equipped Dexter with a comprehensive and well-rounded skill set, encompassing technical maintenance, customer-focused leasing, strategic property management, along with assisting in the management of capital improvements, and effective marketing strategies.

In 2022, Dexter left Drucker + Falk to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. Shortly thereafter, he founded Tiny Homes Raleigh, which quickly became one of the leading ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) builders in the city. His innovative designs were selected for the City of Raleigh’s ADU Fast Track Program, where he finished second in the city’s ADU Pitchfest. During this period, Dexter collaborated extensively with the City of Raleigh to expand housing options for in-fill properties. He built Raleigh’s first duplex ADU and continues to develop triplexes in the area. Dexter and his projects have been featured in various media and news outlets.

Returning to Drucker + Falk, Dexter will be based in the Raleigh Regional office and will assume the role of Business Analyst. In this capacity, he will facilitate assigned projects and tasks, supporting business development, multifamily housing, and other departments.

In his free time, Dexter is dedicated to community service. He established the Day of Giving at DF in 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Mordecai CAC. During the fall, he enjoys cheering for his beloved Buffalo Bills!

Dexter was born and raised in Raleigh, NC, and is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University. As the son of Kellie Falk, he aims to uphold the family tradition by assuming a leadership role as the fourth generation in the Drucker + Falk family business.

Donald Hawthorne serves as Regional Property Manager at Drucker + Falk, where he oversees a diverse multifamily portfolio across North Carolina and drives operational excellence through strategic leadership and performance management. In this role, he partners with owners, asset managers, and on-site teams to optimize occupancy, maximize NOI, and elevate the resident experience. Donald leads initiatives focused on financial performance, budget oversight, vendor relations, and team development while implementing innovative strategies that align with each community’s long-term goals.

With more than 15 years of multifamily experience, Donald has successfully managed lease-ups, stabilized assets, and major renovations across both conventional and value add portfolios. He is recognized for his ability to strengthen team culture, streamline operations, and identify growth opportunities that enhance portfolio performance. His leadership approach blends data driven decision making with a people-first focus and a commitment to client success.

Donald’s expertise spans operational management, marketing strategy, and financial analysis, and he has played a key role in numerous successful transitions and acquisitions. He continues to support Drucker + Falk’s mission to deliver exceptional management services rooted in integrity, innovation, and results.

He is a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Frances Harris began her multifamily career in 2014 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, as a part-time Leasing Agent. That same year, she joined Drucker + Falk as the Property Manager for a historic mill lease-up in Gastonia, NC. This experience ignited her passion for property management and resident engagement. Over the years, Frances has navigated numerous community transitions and ownership assumptions, gaining extensive experience in capital improvement projects, large-scale interior renovations, and multi-site operations. She has directed operations for over 1,100 units in Charlotte’s competitive lease-up market, consistently achieving performance goals through proactive leadership and operational precision.

A natural mentor and motivator, Frances has guided and developed new property managers and leasing professionals, crediting her success to the dedication and teamwork of those she leads. With a strong background in marketing and leasing strategy, she focuses on driving occupancy, enhancing resident experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence across her teams.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Frances now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband, daughter, and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and shares her passion for mindfulness and wellness through teaching meditation and yoga.

Ginger joined Drucker & Falk in 2014 as a Regional Property Manager for the South-East Region based in Atlanta, GA. Ginger oversees our operations in Indiana, Ohio, Florida and Louisiana. Her portfolios, over the past 35 years, have consisted of conventional (A, B, C and D product), affordable (Tax Credit and HUD) and student housing in multiple states to include: Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Maryland, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, and Prague in the Czech Republic.

She has been responsible for up to 15 assets and has directly supervised two district managers as well as partnered with ownership in supervising over $25 million in interior and exterior renovations during her career. Including being instrumental in preparing financial spreadsheets, trending reports and revenue analysis, she has also developed, implemented and directed due diligence, transition and take over programs. Her strengths include recruiting, training and retaining exceptional teams on each asset through leadership, direction and teamwork.

Ginger has served on various committees within the Atlanta Apartment Association including Political Action Committees (PAC), Chairman of Fundraisers and Coordinator of numerous community service activities. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from Georgia Southern University.

Glynn Abeshaheen joined Drucker + Falk in 2011 and serves as an Associate Regional Property manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing a diverse, multi-state portfolio.  With over 17 years of multifamily experience, he has successfully overseen both stabilized assets and renovation/value-add communities.  Glynn is known for his operational leadership, client-focused management style and success in driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Holly Anderson is an Associate Regional Property Manager with Drucker + Falk, bringing more than 17 years of multifamily housing experience since joining the company in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Old Dominion University and the Certified Apartment Portfolio Specialist (CAPS®) designation through the National Apartment Association.

Holly is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association, where she has served as Chair of the Events and Education Committee and on the Advisory Committee for Hampton Roads. She also serves as a board member for a local nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting families in need throughout the community. Holly is passionate about developing strong teams, building lasting relationships, and making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

With more than 27 years of multifamily leadership experience, as Regional Property Manager, Hope Hill brings a comprehensive background in managing and optimizing a diverse range of apartment communities, including lease-up, renovation, value-add, and stabilized assets. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for driving operational excellence, maximizing asset performance, and fostering thriving residential communities that deliver long-term value for both ownership and residents.

For the past 18 years, Hope has been a valued part of the Drucker and Falk team where she has successfully led teams through complex renovations and value-add projects, improving NOI and overall property performance while maintaining a strong focus on resident satisfaction and resident retention. She is passionate about strategic leadership, talent development, and implementing best practices that elevate both team performance and property results. Over nearly three decades, she has partnered with ownership groups and asset managers to deliver measurable success in highly competitive markets. Her commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation continues to drive her in creating exceptional living environments and achieving outstanding investment outcomes.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from East Carolina University. She has held multiple industry designations and currently holds her Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) certification.

Jana is a with 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, where she has successfully overseen lease-up communities, affordable communities and stabilized properties. She is passionate about building client relationships and strong team members. She enjoys building unity between the office and maintenance teams to create a better resident experience. Her desire is to see employees grow into new positions within the company. She has a strong operational background and focuses on asset enhancement.

Joe is a Regional Property Manager with over 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has held roles such as Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, Auditor, Regional Manager, Area Director, and Regional Vice President. Besides Drucker + Falk, Joe has worked for such companies as Edwards Communities, Lifestyle Communities, Associated Estates, and Village Green. Joe is driven to hire great talent, build dynamic teams, and develop talent which has brought great financial success to his portfolios.

Joe earned his BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. He has also been a representative on the Advisory Board for the Ball State University Property Management Program.

Jordan is a Regional Property Manager with more than a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry. His background spans lease-up communities, value-add renovations, new acquisitions, and stabilized assets, demonstrating a strong track record of operational excellence and strategic property performance.

Before joining Drucker + Falk, Jordan worked for Cortland, where he played an integral role in launching and developing the company’s entry into the Virginia market. Known for his leadership, market insight, and commitment to resident satisfaction, he continues to drive portfolio success and foster growth across diverse property types.

Julia Pape is a Senior Regional Property Manager with 19+ years of multifamily experience, successfully leading lease-up, conventional, renovation/value-add, affordable, student housing, and mixed-use assets. She consistently elevates the DF brand in the market and serves as Chair of the annual Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) Conference since 2023, where she has broken attendance records every single year.  Julia is known for her professionalism, reliability, and strong decision-making that aligns with and advances ownership goals. She is an active mentor and invests in the development of her teams by providing structure, resources, and tools that position them for success.  She also leads the DF Day of Giving initiative and drives DF recruitment efforts throughout the Hampton Roads region—serving as a highly visible, trusted, and strategic ambassador of the DF brand.

Katrina Childress joined Drucker & Falk in 2018 as a Property Manager for the MidAtlantic Region and was promoted to Associate Regional Property Manager in 2024. She brings over 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry, with a strong background in managing conventional, affordable (LIHTC), and lease-up communities in Virginia. Katrina holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations, reflecting her commitment to excellence and professional development in the industry. She has also actively served with the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), further demonstrating her commitment to industry leadership and advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, and traveling. 

With a career spanning over 37 years in the property management industry, Kimberly Stutt brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to every community she touches. For the past 18 years, she has been an integral part of the Drucker and Falk team, where she has managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including Conventional, Tax Credit, and lease-up communities.

Kimberly is known for her strong operational skills, deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, and her ability to build and lead high-performing teams. She holds several prestigious industry designations, including CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), and SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing education.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberly values balance and connection. She enjoys spending quality time with her two beloved dogs, traveling and exploring new places with her husband, and cherishing visits to Lynchburg to see her son. Her personal warmth and dedication to both her family and her work make her a respected and admired leader in the property management community.

Loren Bazemore is an accomplished property management executive with over 14 years of progressive experience leading luxury and conventional multifamily communities across major markets, including Los Angeles, Richmond, and the Southeast. As a Regional Manager with Drucker + Falk, Loren oversees a portfolio exceeding 1,000 units and multiple new developments, driving operational performance, financial growth, and award-winning results.

Throughout her career, Loren has built and led high-performing teams recognized for excellence in customer service, marketing innovation, and community engagement. She has successfully executed multiple large-scale lease-ups, including luxury and mixed-use communities that reached stabilization ahead of schedule and surpassed revenue targets. Her leadership has guided teams to record-breaking occupancy and retention rates, as well as recognition within regional and national apartment associations.

Loren partners closely with asset managers, investors, and developers to deliver strategic insight and operational excellence. She plays a key role in property assumptions, dispositions, and new development consulting—bringing data-driven strategy and a people-first approach to every project.

An active industry leader, Loren currently serves as Board Member for the Virginia Apartment Management Association and for IREM Chapter 38. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations, reflecting her dedication to professional integrity, innovation, and the advancement of the multifamily housing industry.

With 19 years of multifamily housing experience, Lori Crocker has built her career from the ground up—starting as a Leasing Consultant for a national REIT and advancing through nearly every operational role along the way. She joined the DF family in 2012 as a Property Manager through a community acquisition and quickly established herself as a results-driven leader.  Later, as an Area Property Manager, she gained extensive experience across lease-ups, stabilized communities, and affordable housing. Assisting and managing properties ranging from 80 to 790 units, she became a regional go-to for training, support, and affordable housing operations.

By 2020, Lori transitioned into the Regional Property Management Coordinator position, supporting two regions across seven states. She played a key role in acquisitions and dispositions of properties, trained new and seasoned managers, and helped implement new policies and operational processes company wide.

Since 2022, Lori has served as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes student, value-add, conventional, and affordable communities. Known for her collaborative leadership and operational depth, Lori is passionate about driving team performance, optimizing property success, and fostering resident satisfaction.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys life by the beach walking the shorelines, hiking in the mountains, and capturing life through photography. She also loves playing guitar, singing, and spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their dog, Taco.

Lori maintains her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credentials from the National Apartment Association. She is also on the events committee for the Myrtle Beach Apartment Association.

Her passion for Property Management is reflected in her proven record of success as both a Regional Vice President and a Regional Property Manager. In her tenure as Regional Vice President, Marla played a key role in establishing corporate standards and advancing company initiatives, including policy and procedure development, training program creation, software conversions, and new community start-ups.

As a Regional Property Manager, Marla continues to apply her extensive industry knowledge to support performance growth, operational consistency, and team development. She takes pride in mentoring her teams, recognizing individual strengths, and inspiring others to achieve their highest potential.

With over 30 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Megan Tunno is a distinguished Regional Property Manager known for her expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, value-add strategies, and large-scale renovations.

Megan began her career as a part-time Leasing Consultant while in college and rapidly advanced through key leadership roles with several respected property management firms. Her career reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, associate development, and team success. She is highly skilled in budgeting, forecasting, customer service, and human resources, as well as managing capital projects and new development initiatives. Megan’s strengths also include policy and compliance development and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Her leadership style is centered on building high-performing teams, fostering professional growth, and implementing innovative solutions that drive organizational success. Recognized for her mentorship and dedication, Megan is regarded as a trusted leader within the multifamily industry.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys traveling, entertaining, and cherishing her role as “Nana” to her beloved granddaughter.

Melissa Aleshire returned to Drucker and Falk in 2025 as an accomplished Regional Property Manager with 17 years of property management experience. Overseeing multi-site residential and mixed-use portfolios. With a strong background in property operations, financial performance, and team leadership, Melissa consistently drives asset value while ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Throughout her career, Melissa has successfully managed diverse property portfolios, leading on-site teams, implementing the best operational practices, and optimizing budgets and NOI performance. Known for a hands-on leadership style, Melissa excels at mentoring property managers, improving occupancy, and aligning property-level performance with organizational goals.

In addition to being dedicated, results-driven, and highly organized, Melissa also values balance, connection, and positivity that she brings to both her personal life and career. 

With more than 26 years of multifamily leadership experience, Nina Wright-Richie brings a wealth of operational expertise and a people-first leadership philosophy to her role as Regional Property Manager with Drucker + Falk. Since joining the firm in 2018, Nina has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of apartment and mixed-use communities, driving results through strategic oversight, team development, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.

Nina’s leadership is defined by integrity, collaboration, and performance. She works closely with clients to enhance asset value, elevate resident satisfaction, and cultivate high-performing teams that consistently deliver measurable success. She holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organizational Development, and a minor in Human Resource Management. Nina is also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Known for her hands-on leadership, she leads by example, believing that no task is ever beneath any title.

Beyond her professional role, Nina is deeply committed to mentorship, community engagement, and service. She actively supports a variety of nonprofit and faith-based organizations, reflecting her belief that strong communities are built through purposeful leadership and a heart dedicated to helping others.

Joining Drucker+ Falk in 2001 (22-year tenure), Sabrina Gendreau, starting her DF career as a Property Manager at West Village in Durham, has held countless roles within DF, but most recently, she has helped to grow and manage properties in the suburban Washington DC metro area. Currently, she oversees the largest portfolio within DF and arguably the toughest. Covering an area of over 6,200 square miles and consisting of numerous municipalities, Sabrina's assignments present a unique set of challenges beyond the properties themselves. A US Army Veteran, Sabrina holds her CAM, CAPS, and HCCP certifications and is well respected by her peers.

Sabrina has been instrumental in the continued success and growth of Department 32. In her role as RPM, she has become a mentor to many of our outstanding Property Managers and teams. Well-respected by individual and institutional clients, Sabrina's experience and approach make her one of DF's most successful and respected leaders.

As Senior Regional Property Manager, she will continue to manage a modest portfolio of assets while continuing to mentor, onboard, and supervise new associates, help to implement new initiatives and continue to grow the DF portfolio of communities.

Sue West is a Regional Property Manager with over 34 years of experience in the multifamily industry, and over 30 years as a team member at Drucker + Falk where she began her multifamily career as a leasing consultant. She is passionate about training her teams in the “why” as well as the “how” in order to strengthen their understanding and encourage growth in their position and beyond.

With more than 18 years of leadership and management experience, Tiffany Cruz brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and a relationship-driven approach to her role as Regional Property Manager with Drucker + Falk. Recognized for exemplary leadership and an exceptional ability to foster collaboration, Tiffany is known for enhancing productivity, maximizing revenue, and delivering consistent, high-quality results across diverse multifamily portfolios. Tiffany has extensive expertise in training and developing onsite teams, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization, and improving overall portfolio performance. Her mentorship and results-oriented leadership empower associates to achieve professional success while providing superior service to clients and residents alike.

In her current role, Tiffany oversees a wide range of assets including new lease-ups, stabilized high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, renovation/value-add communities, and build-to-rent homes. She provides ongoing mentorship and training to her teams while serving as a liaison between onsite operations and the corporate office. Her responsibilities include daily operational oversight, financial analysis, and participation in acquisitions and asset strategy.

Tonya Raines joined the Drucker + Falk team in 2013 as a Property Manager and was later promoted to Senior Property Manager and currently serves as Regional Property Manager. With 27 years of experience in the property management industry, Tonya has successfully managed both conventional and lease-up communities. Under her leadership, these communities have earned numerous property and performance awards throughout her tenure with Drucker + Falk, as well as multiple honors through the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA).

Tonya’s exceptional leadership, strong operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have consistently driven outstanding results. Her dedication has earned her numerous professional accolades, including recognition as Property Manager of the Year. Tonya is also a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®) through the National Apartment Association.

Tracey Johnson began his career with Drucker + Falk in 1995, initially focusing on Commercial Management Sales and Leasing before transitioning to Multifamily Operations. With over 30 years of experience at Drucker and Falk, Tracey is based in our Raleigh, NC office. He now serves as a Regional Property Manager for the Southeast Division. Tracey has extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, overseeing challenging management assumptions, and transforming value-add assets into stabilized, high-performing investments.

He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Augustine’s University. Within IREM’s Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105, Tracey has held numerous positions, including Chapter President in 2010. He was honored as Certified Property Manager of the Year in 2011 and CPM Candidate of the Year in 2006 and has served on the IREM Executive Council for many years.
