National Property Management Company Backs State-Level Nonprofits in VA, NC, and OH, Building on Annual Philanthropic Tradition
In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation's leading multifamily management companies, has announced a series of charitable contributions through its corporate philanthropic arm, DF Friends In Deed.
While providing financial support during cultural heritage months is a long-standing annual tradition for the company, Drucker + Falk shifted its strategy for AAPI in 2026 to focus on state-level organizations. By transitioning from national groups to regional nonprofits, the company is ensuring that this year's $1,000 donations directly impact the specific states and local neighborhoods where Drucker + Falk operates:
- Virginia Asian Foundation: Dedicated to advancing workforce development, economic mobility, and professional leadership for the AAPI community across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. By partnering with educational institutions, employers, and community leaders, the Foundation builds vital talent pipelines and provides cutting-edge mentorship and skills training to help emerging professionals and entrepreneurs thrive.
- North Carolina Asian Americans Together (NCAAT): A nonpartisan nonprofit committed to supporting equity and justice by fostering community, leadership development, and grassroots mobilization in North Carolina. Through targeted youth engagement, voter education, and civic programs, NCAAT works to increase the visibility of the rapidly growing local AAPI population and build a powerful pipeline for the next generation of civic leaders.
- Ohio Asian American Health Coalition (OAAHC): A statewide coalition formalized to identify and eliminate health disparities while improving the overall quality of life for Asian Americans across Ohio. OAAHC brings together healthcare providers, advocates, and member organizations to deliver culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate health education, research, resources, and advocacy.
By intentionally prioritizing state-level organizations, this recurring initiative ensures that corporate funds directly impact the local neighborhoods, families, and residents served daily by Drucker + Falk’s regional property management portfolios.
Amber Kirby, Chief People Officer for Drucker + Falk, shared, “The positive momentum and enthusiastic reception we see from our team members during these cultural milestones grows every year. Prioritizing and celebrating diverse heritages is a year-round commitment at DF, and this recurring focus on regional AAPI organizations truly hits home. For us, ‘Aiming Higher’ means ensuring our philanthropy reflects the real passions of our people and directly uplifts the neighborhoods where we operate.”
Beyond financial contributions, Drucker + Falk actively champions cultural awareness across all its portfolios, encouraging its teams and residents to discover meaningful ways to celebrate, learn, and engage with the rich histories and contributions of diverse communities throughout the year.
