Teams across multiple states sponsored meal donations and drives for organizations supporting vital services, from housing to career development for women in need.

In support of its year-round commitment to giving back, Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation’s leading multifamily management companies, organized a series of impactful, women-focused service opportunities throughout the month of March in celebration of Women's History Month.

The company prioritizes organizing various service opportunities throughout the year, inviting employees to participate and show their support for causes important to the communities where they work and live. This Women’s History Month, DF partnered with several non-profits supporting women's causes, offering team members a meaningful way to engage in a shared mission.

This year, DF significantly expanded its engagement, coordinating several volunteer and donation-drive initiatives to support women-focused causes across its regions:

• The Women's Center of Wake County - Raleigh, NC: The Raleigh team served and cleaned up lunch, in addition to assisting with the sorting of warehouse donations for this day shelter for single women experiencing homelessness. Southern Outdoor Restoration sponsored the lunch and volunteered alongside the DF team.
• The Healing Place for Women - Richmond, VA: The DF team provided a meal donation to this organization, which offers people a safe space to heal and time to rebuild.
• Help and Emergency Response (H.E.R.) Shelter - Hampton Roads, VA: DF proudly supported women and children escaping domestic or sexual violence, homelessness, and human trafficking by sponsoring a meal for the H.E.R. Shelter.
• YWCA of Columbus: The DF Midwest Region supported the YWCA Family Center, whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. The team was honored to prepare, serve, and clean up lunch for the residents and staff. The meal was sponsored by RJ Loyd & Co. LLC and delivered by City BBQ.
• A Safe Place - Wilmington, NC: As part of its initiatives, DF proudly supported this organization, which empowers survivors and those vulnerable to sex trafficking and exploitation, through a recent donation drive.
• Gracious Hands - Charlotte, NC: DF team members from Evolve at Tega Cay, Vale Lake Wylie, and Pavilion Village organized and led successful donation drives to support Gracious Hands' mission to provide resources to mothers and their children moving from homelessness to housing and self-sufficiency.
• Oxford House of South Carolina - Myrtle Beach, SC: DF extended its commitment by organizing a donation drive in support of one of the Oxford House women's houses, celebrating the resilience of women rebuilding their lives.

In addition to the service opportunities, DF continued its tradition of celebrating women by sharing the personal stories and reflections of inspiring women team members throughout the month of March. These stories about what Women's History Month means to them were shared on the company’s social media channels.
