In honor of Women’s History Month, Drucker + Falk (DF) partnered with nonprofit organizations across its regions to support women through meal sponsorships, volunteer service, and community-driven donation drives. These efforts reflect the company’s year-round commitment to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the communities where it operates.
As part of this initiative, DF collaborated with organizations dedicated to empowering women and providing critical support services. Through these partnerships, DF helped provide meals and essential resources to women and families facing hardship, offering stability and support during pivotal moments.
Across its regions, DF teams also took a hands-on approach to service:
In Raleigh, NC, the team partnered with The Women’s Center of Wake County, where associates served and cleaned up lunch and assisted with sorting warehouse donations for the day shelter supporting single women experiencing homelessness. Southern Outdoor Restoration sponsored the meal and volunteered alongside the DF team.
In Richmond, VA, the DF team supported The Healing Place for Women by providing a meal donation to assist individuals on their journey to healing and rebuilding their lives.
In Hampton Roads, VA, DF sponsored a meal for Help and Emergency Response (H.E.R.) Shelter, supporting women and children escaping domestic violence, homelessness, and human trafficking.
In Columbus, OH, the DF Midwest Region partnered with the YWCA Family Center, where team members prepared, served, and cleaned up lunch for residents and staff. The meal was sponsored by RJ Loyd & Co. LLC and delivered by City BBQ.
In Wilmington, NC, DF supported A Safe Place through a donation drive benefiting survivors of and those vulnerable to sex trafficking and exploitation.
In Charlotte, NC, teams from Evolve at Tega Cay, Vale Lake Wylie, and Pavilion Village organized donation drives for Gracious Hands, supporting mothers and children transitioning from homelessness to stable housing.
In Myrtle Beach, SC, DF hosted a donation drive in support of the Oxford House of South Carolina, celebrating the resilience of women working to rebuild their lives.
In addition, DF teams hosted Community Donation Drives in Greensboro and Charlotte, NC, supporting organizations such as the Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro and Dress for Success. These drives focused on collecting essential items, including professional clothing, hygiene products, and household necessities, to support women working toward independence and long-term self-sufficiency.
