National Multifamily Leader Reinforces Commitment to Service Personnel by Partnering for the Third Year with “A Million Thanks” Letter-Writing Campaign.
Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation's foremost multifamily property management companies, announced the successful conclusion of its third consecutive year supporting the A Million Thanks organization. As part of its DF Friends in Deed charitable initiative, the 2025 campaign mobilized DF team members and residents to personally write over 500 heartfelt letters for distribution to active, reserve, and veteran military members worldwide.
DF proudly launched the company-wide invitation for the letter-writing campaign ahead of Veterans Day, encouraging participation across its entire portfolio to actively engage residents in this meaningful act of gratitude.
The over 500 handwritten letters collected highlight the deep connection and respect the DF community holds for service members. The A Million Thanks non-profit, founded in 2004, has a core mission of sending appreciation letters to the nation’s heroes. Since its inception, the organization has supported over 21 million service members and veterans through messages that strengthen morale, connection, and emotional well-being.
"To see our residents and team members write over 500 letters of thanks reinforces the deep connection and respect we have for the military community," said Jim Ledbetter, President and COO for Drucker + Falk. "This campaign is a reflection of our collective gratitude, and we are honored to contribute to the important mission that A Million Thanks facilitates across the country."
This annual philanthropic effort is one part of DF's broader commitment to the military community. The company has formally partnered with the U.S. Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), formalizing DF's dedication to recruiting, hiring, and retaining military spouses. They are proud to partner with the DOD’s Spouse Education + Career Opportunities (SECO) program, viewing both the MSEP partnership and the annual support of the "A Million Thanks" campaign as critical ways to support military families.
