Drucker + Falk (DF), a leading name in multifamily management, has once again been recognized for its commitment to excellence at the 2025 RAMMY Awards. These awards from the Central Virginia Apartment Association, a division of the Virginia Apartment Management Association, are a well-known annual awards program that celebrate outstanding contributions to the multifamily industry in Greater Central Virginia – honoring both professionals and communities making a significant impact. This year’s award ceremony took place Friday, February 21st at the Greater Richmond Convention Center and award categories included Community of the Year, Best Community Rehab, and recognition of individual leasing professionals to name a few.
Drucker + Falk had seven wins total with five team members earning distinct recognition for their efforts over the past year. The list of highly coveted honors included:
