Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation’s most prominent multifamily management companies, has ranked on the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Top 50 Managers List again for 2025. This 36th edition of the NMHC highly-coveted list showed Drucker + Falk rising in its annual ranking yet again for this year.

Apartment developers and builders are asked to participate in a survey questionnaire that inquires about their prior year’s activities, while apartment owners, managers and syndicators are asked to report on their portfolio holdings (either owned, managed or syndicated) as of January 1, 2025. The resulting Top 50 Managers oversee about one fifth of the nation’s apartments.
