Multifamily Management Firm Offers Custom Gifts from The ZEN Succulent and Amplifies Employee Voices to Honor Black History and Culture.
Drucker + Falk (DF), a leading national multifamily management firm, concluded its Black History Month (BHM) celebrations this year by showcasing its commitment to diversity and community support. The firm launched a meaningful initiative that included uplifting a Black-owned small business — an effort that was coupled with a powerful internal campaign to amplify the heritage and personal stories of its diverse team members throughout the month of February.
Part of how Drucker + Falk celebrated Black History Month this year was through a partnership with The ZEN Succulent, an amazing Black-owned small business based in Durham, North Carolina. This partnership allowed DF to actively support a local entrepreneur and bring joy to its team with an impressive order of nearly 450 plants.
Team members chose their complimentary plant from three custom-curated options — a Haworthia succulent, a pet-friendly Fern, or a low-light Pothos — with each delivery including detailed care instructions to ensure the plants thrive.
This initiative underscores DF's commitment to uplift local businesses and foster well-being among its employees.
