Drucker+ Falk is intensely focused on the COVID-19 crisis. We are monitoring and adhering to guidelines and mandates received from the Centers for Disease Control and applicable governing bodies. We have put in place measures to minimize the exposure to COVID-19 to our residents, DF Team Members, clients, and supply chain partners. Measures taken to-date at all DF properties and corporate offices include but are not limited to: social distancing, enhanced cleaning and hygiene protocols, closing shared amenity spaces, canceling resident events, canceling group meetings, restricting travel, teleworking, encouraging virtual leasing and electronic lease execution and directing our valued residents to use their community’s online portal for payments, maintenance requests, and communication. We will continue to monitor this situation as it evolves and will be actively engaged in identifying additional measures we can take to support and protect our business and community families during this health/ economic crisis.
