Richmond Mayor to Headline Grand Opening of Major Downtown Revitalization Project; Deco at CNB Luxury Apartments Open to Public

An iconic fixture in Richmond’s downtown landscape since the 1920s, the former Central National Bank building located at 219 East Broad Street, is the latest revitalization project shaping the transformation of Richmond’s downtown business and financial center, to a sought afterurban community where residents live, work and play.
