National Property Management Firm Recognized on Prestigious List for Online Reputation Success in the Multifamily Industry
J Turner Research has named Drucker + Falk, a best-in-class multifamily management organization and full-service real estate and investment firm, to their tenth annual Division I ORA Power Ranking – Top 25 of the 2024 NMHC 50 Largest Apartment Managers with the best online reputation in the nation. This recognition highlights Drucker + Falk’s consistent excellence in online reputation, securing the 23rd spot on the prestigious list and maintaining its annual placement on the industry’s reputable ranking.
The ORA® Power Ranking is based on monthly online reputation research of over 140,000 communities nationwide across various review sites and internet listing services. Using a statistical model, J Turner Research assigns an independent ORA® Score to each property on a scale of 0–100. The ORA® Score was developed to simplify how online reputation is measured and serves as the multifamily industry standard.
To qualify for the Division I ORA® Power Ranking, a company must be featured in the NMHC Top 50 Managers List, and the top 25 companies are determined based on their ORA® Scores as of April 2024. DF’s scored a companywide ORA® of 68.88 in the 2024 ranking. In addition, nine apartment communities, managed by Drucker + Falk were featured in the Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking announced earlier this year.
