Drucker & Falk Communities and Associates Honored with Awards

RICHMOND, Virginia & RALEIGH, North Carolina (January 26, 2010) - Drucker & Falk associates and managed communities were honored during two regional awards programs held in January. The awards were presented by the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) in Raleigh/Durham, NC and the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA) in the Greater Richmond area. Both organizations are regional affiliates of the National Apartment Association. Drucker & Falk is proud of the outstanding achievements of the communities and associates who received awards, and congratulate these team members on their commitment to excellence.

TAA Awards

The Triangle Apartment Association held their Triumph Achievement Awards on January 19th. West Village Urban Lofts, located in downtown Durham, received the coveted Property of the Year award. Criteria for the award include year to date rental income, total controllable expenses, average renewal percentage, and mystery shops.

CVAA Awards

The Central Virginia Apartment Association in Richmond, VA held their annual RAMMY Awards on January 14th. The RAMMY Awards Program recognizes excellence and leadership in the rental housing industry in the Central Virginia region. Three awards were presented to Drucker & Falk associates, including:

Leasing Professional of the Year: Christopher Darden, Crater Square/First Colony Apartments
Community of the Year: Brookfield Gardens
Community of the Year First Runner Up: Stoneyridge Apartments
NAA Designate of the Year: Serenity Tiller, Crater Square/First Colony Apartments
