Drucker & Falk Regional Property Managers Inducted as IREM Officers - 01.04.10

Continuing Drucker & Falk's association and involvement with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), two of the firm's Regional Property Managers have been inducted as 2010 Officers of The Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105. Tracey Johnson will serve as the Chapter 105 President during 2010 and Gary Triplett will serve as Treasurer. Both Johnson & Triplett hold IREM's distinguished designation of Certified Property Manager® (CPM).

Newly elected President, Tracey Johnson, currently oversees 1,274 multi-family apartment units (6 com- munities) for Drucker & Falk. In addition to his CPM® designation, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from St. Augustine's College. Johnson says that in 2010, he's looking to increase IREM Chapter 105's overall membership, improve IREMÒ Young Professionals and minority involvement, and continue to build upon the strategies that have made the Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter a "5 STAR" association.

Treasurer Gary Triplett currently oversees 956 of Drucker & Falk's managed apartment units (16 communities). In addition to his CPM® designation, Gary holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations.
