Jaime Miles Joins Drucker & Falk Real Estate - 12.29.09

Jaime Miles will join Drucker & Falk, one of the nation's Top 50 apartment management firms, on January 4th, serving as Director of Multifamily Management in Charlotte, NC. In her new position, she will be responsible for Drucker & Falk's multifamily management operations in Western North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Ms. Miles joins Drucker & Falk with 10 years of multifamily property management experience in the fee management environment. She has held positions as a Property Manager, Regional Property Manager and Senior Regional Manager with companies including Bell Partners, Lane Company, and RAM Partners. Ms. Miles' experience includes the successful management of a 3,000 unit portfolio consisting of student housing, conventional, tax credit and public housing. She has worked in important multifamily markets, including Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, as well as Maryland, Kentucky, Virginia and Connecticut.
Ms. Miles majored in Business Management at the University of Georgia. She holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP®) designation, which was created by the National Association of Home Builders and endorsed by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
