Drucker & Falk Assumes Management of Vista Villas in Charlotte, North Carolina - 12.21.09

Drucker & Falk, one of the nation's Top 50 apartment management firms, has been awarded management of the 238 unit Vista Villas in Charlotte, NC. The firm assumed management on behalf of the Receiver in early December. Vista Villas is located in Northeast Charlotte off of Plaza Road, near Harris Boulevard.
"Drucker & Falk's Managing Partners have significant experience contracting as a managing agent on behalf of a court appointed receiver," says Dan Haefner, Executive Director of Multifamily Management." In this capacity the Drucker & Falk team oversees day-to-day operations, while crafting a strategic plan to stabilize under-performing operations and to implement required improvements."
Vista Villas will be managed through the firm's Charlotte regional office, located at 9140 Arrowpoint Boulevard.
