Drucker & Falk's Andrew Chisholm Earns Certified Property Manager Designation - 12.16.09

Andrew Chisholm of the Virginia based firm Drucker & Falk has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management®. The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM® Members must also abide by a Code of Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.
Andrew Chisholm joined Drucker & Falk in March 2006. With 15 years of multifamily management experience and 4 years of hotel management experience, Andrew currently serves as the Director of Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Management for the Richmond and Northern Virginia region. Mr. Chisholm currently serves as President of the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA). He is an alumnus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a concentration in Residential Property Management.
