Drucker & Falk Wins Management of Huguenot Apartments - 12.01.09

Drucker & Falk is pleased to announce the management of Huguenot Apartments, located on Briarmont Road in Richmond, Virginia. This 296 unit garden community features one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. It is located near Johnston Willis Hospital, Chesterfield Towne Center Mall, Stony Point Fashion Park, and Huguenot Village.
Drucker & Falk assumed management of the community on November 20, and will oversee the community's operations through the firm's Richmond regional office located on Mayland Drive. "This community has a lot of opportunity," says Andrew Chisholm, Director of Multifamily Management in the Richmond/Northern Virginia region. "There is outstanding potential at Huguenot, and we plan to help the community reach that potential through proactive management and assertive marketing."
