Drucker & Falk Announces the Acquisition of Platinum Realty Services, Inc. - 10.6.09

Drucker & Falk, one of the nation's 50 largest apartment managers, today announced the acquisition of Platinum Realty Services, Inc., a small but dynamic property management firm serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and coastal Georgia.
Platinum Realty Services has built an impressive local and regional reputation with the successful lease-up of premier apartment properties in coastal, military, and university markets. The blending of the two firms will offer additional resources to Platinum's clients, while allowing Drucker & Falk, a 71 year old company with nearly 30,000 units under management, to expand its operations in important Southeastern markets.
Lesly Jones-Collins, President of Platinum Realty Services, has joined Drucker & Falk and will concentrate on business development. Ms. Jones-Collins will be based in Charleston, SC. Maggie Lockwood, Platinum's Vice President, has joined Drucker & Falk as a Regional Property Manager, focused on business development and based in Fayetteville, NC.
Kellie Falk-Tillett, Partner and Managing Director of Drucker & Falk, is excited about the opportunities that the two firms offer each other.
