Drucker & Falk Appoints Dan Haefner Executive Director- Multifamily Management - 9.1.09

Drucker & Falk is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Haefner to the position of Executive Director of Multifamily Management. Haefner will join the firm on October 21st, accepting executive management responsibility for all multifamily operations.
The current President of Georgia based Sales, Inc. — a multifamily leasing & marketing consulting firm-Haefner is the former President and Chief Information Officer of Lane Asset Management; former President of Lane Management, LLC; and the former Vice President of Asset Management with Insignia Residential Group.
His broad multifamily real estate experience includes the management of all departments and associates responsible for the day to day operations of a 27,000 unit portfolio with Lane Management, LLC. As Lane's Chief Information Officer, he was responsible for the company's IT department, including the development and deployment of enterprise wide technology.He also served as the key contact in the company's business development efforts, helping to grow the multifamily management portfolio by 8000 units as President of the management company.
Haefner will become the newest member of a recently re-energized Drucker & Falk line-up. The 71 year old firm-now run by third generation Drucker & Falk family members Wendy Drucker, Kellie Falk-Tillett, and David Falk, Jr-has spent the last eight months positioning itself to emerge stronger than ever from the current recession. This positioning effort has included a rebranding initiative, as well as the introduction of top tier professionals in the commercial and multifamily real estate arenas. President Jim Ledbetter, former President of Transwestern in Atlanta, GA, joined the firm in March.
