Drucker & Falk Honored at The Tidewater Builders Association Associates' Showcase - 8.3.09

The MidAtlantic Multifamily Management Department of Drucker & Falk was honored with three prestigious Awards of Excellence at the Associates' Showcase Awards Banquet, hosted by the Tidewater Builders Association and its Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council.
The annual event, held this year on July 23, 2009 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, is now in its 25th year. Awards were presented to outstanding properties in South Hampton Roads based on when they were completed. Ninety-four communities were in the running for thirteen awards.
The following Drucker & Falk managed communities were recognized:
- Communities completed between 1981 and 1985
Holly Point Apartments, Chesapeake
First Place, second consecutive year - Adults/Senior Housing completed before 1995
Old Donation Apartments, Virginia Beach
First Place, second consecutive year - Communities completed 1960 and Prior
Bondale Apartments
Second Runner Up
