Drucker & Falk Named to National Top 50 List - 5.29.09
For the twentieth year, Drucker & Falk has been named to the National Multi Housing Council's Top 50 Apartment Managers list. Only nine firms named in the 2009 Top 50 list appeared on the organization's first list twenty years ago. In addition, Drucker & Falk is one of only two family owned companies that can claim the twenty year staying power of this elite group.
During the last year, Drucker & Falk has opened offices in Richmond, VA and Wilmington, NC in order to prepare for continued growth as one of the industry leaders in apartment management. Continuing its tradition of managing a wide variety of apartment developments, the company has expanded its reputation as a manager of premier properties, mixed use developments, and new construction lease ups. In the last year, they have added several high profile communities to their portfolio, including Park & Market Apartments in Raleigh, NC; The Chapman at Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, VA; Highland Mill Lofts in Charlotte, NC; Legacy Pointe in Knoxville, TN; and Bass Lofts in Atlanta, GA.
