The office, located at 1213 Culbreth Drive, will service the firm's multifamily management and commercial management portfolio from Coastal North Carolina through Fayetteville.
With Paul Moore, an experienced and award winning Regional Property Manager, based in Wilmington, Drucker & Falk looks forward to expanding their multifamily and commercial management business in the area. Mr. Moore has extensive knowledge of the Coastal North Carolina region. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and a past President of the Wilmington Apartment Association. He is a member of the Cumberland County Apartment Association and a current Board Member of the Wilmington Apartment Association.
