Drucker & Falk Opens Regional Office in Richmond -1.23.09
RICHMOND- Drucker & Falk, LLC-- one of the nation's 50 largest apartment management firms-- announces the opening of a new regional office in Richmond, Virginia, on January 26, 2009. After years of serving the Greater Richmond area, the firm has taken the next step toward expanding its presence in Richmond and surrounding markets to the North and West by establishing the new office, which is located at 8501 Mayland Drive, just off Parham Road between I-64 and I-95.
The Richmond office will be Drucker & Falk's fourth full service office in the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. Based in Newport News, VA, the firm currently has offices in Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC. Upon opening, the Richmond office will be home to five Regional Property Managers with room to grow to eight or nine employees as opportunities arise. The firm's Richmond office will focus on multifamily fee management as well as commercial fee management and commercial real estate brokerage services.
