Gary Triplett achieves HCCP Designation -1.15.09
RALEIGH- Gary Triplett, Regional Property Manager with Drucker & Falk, LLC, has been awarded the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation. He manages 955 apartment homes in the Raleigh area including three tax credit communities. Gary also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The HCCP designation is granted by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). NAHB is a trade association that helps to promote the policies that make housing a national priority, since 1942. The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is the nationally recognized designation that establishes the standard of excellence in program knowledge, expertise and integrity for all areas of the affordable housing tax credit industry.
To obtain your designation requires a minimum of two years experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry, with at least 50% of time specifically working on LIHTC programs and issues. Also required are ten hours of low-income housing tax credit training, adherence to the HCCP Code of Ethics and passing the HCCP Exam.
