Laurens Way Apartments named Business of the Month

The Knightdale Chamber of Commerce named Laurens Way Apartments as the June 2008 Business of the Month. Each month, the Knightdale Chamber recognizes a local organization for their continued dedication to the Chamber of Commerce and to the greater Knightdale community.
Laurens Way Apartments has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for eight years. During this tenure, the community has received numerous awards. These awards include Property of the Month--July 2002; Most Creative Booth at the Business Expo in 2003 and 2005; and Property of the Month--June 2008.
Laurens Way team members include Kim Pope, Community Manager; Rita Sullivan, Assistant Community Manager; Michelle Stephan, Leasing Consultant; Pete Velissarious, Maintenance Superintendent; and Jason Pope, Assistant Maintenance Superintendent.
Laurens Way is professionally managed by Drucker & Falk, LLC under the supervision of Regional Property Manager, Fred Dean.
