Drucker & Falk, LLC Honored in Local Award Ceremonies -01.08.08
Raleigh, NC/Wilmington, NC-- December was a month of celebration for Drucker & Falk, LLC, one of the nation's Top 50 Multifamily Real Estate Managers. Six of the firm's associates in Raleigh, N.C. and Wilmington, N.C. received prestigious awards from their local National Apartment Association affiliates during December awards ceremonies.
On December 6, the Triangle Apartment Association presented the 2007 Triumph Achievement Awards. Debra Shea of Avalon Peaks Apartments in Apex and Shannon Pearce of Riverwoods Apartments in Raleigh both received Manager of the Year awards in their respective categories. Lauren Bell of Caveness Farms in Wake Forest was honored as Assistant Manager of the Year, and Rita Sullivan of Knightdale's Lauren's Way Apartments was named Leasing Professional of the Year.
During the December 12, 2007 Wilmington Apartment Association Awards, two more Drucker & Falk associates took home top honors. Paul Moore, Regional Property Manager, was honored as Property Management Executive of the Year. Lorie Morgan of Wilmington's Caterbury Woods Apartments was named Property Manager of the Year.
