On July 17, 2008, Drucker & Falk, LLC, representing seller KF Meredith LLC, sold Meredith Village Apartments on Wycliff Road to Meredith Partners LLC, an investment group from Juniper, FL.

Meredith Village Apartments, located on Wycliff Road in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a well established West Raleigh community best known for its large floor plans and being conveniently located to I-440, I-40, RTP, RDU and downtown. This is the third property that Drucker & Falk, LLC has sold to this investment group, facilitated by Drucker & Falk's Commercial Division.
