The MidAtlantic Multifamily Management Department of Drucker & Falk LLC was honored with six prestigious awards by the Peninsula Apartment Council (PAC) in a ceremony held August 21, 2008. The Peninsula Apartment Council (PAC) is comprised of over 20,000 units in the four-city, four-county area of the Virginia Peninsula. The membership encompasses firms representing the multi-family industry as well as affiliate members who also support the industry.
The 2008 honors included awards presented to both communities and individuals. The following Drucker & Falk LLC managed communities and associates were recognized.
2008 Clean Community Award Winners:
Huntington on the James in Newport News was presented the GOLD AWARD in the category of Communities Completed before 1964.
Mariners Green in Newport News received the GOLD AWARD in the category of Communities Completed between 1970-1974.
Meridian Parkside in Newport News was presented the BRONZE AWARD for Communities Completed after 2005.
Kate's Trace in Newport News received the SILVER AWARD for Affordable Housing Communities Completed in 1995 or after.
Individual Award Winner:
Maintenance Supervisor of the Year was awarded to Rodney Garnett of Brookridge Apartments in Newport News.
Lifetime Achievement Award:
Trenda Robertson, Director of Multifamily Management for Drucker & Falk, LLC in the Mid Atlantic Region, was presented the Peninsula Apartment Council's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. A Drucker & Falk associate since 1982, Trenda is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a Virginia Realtor. She was past President of IREM Chapter 39, twice President of Peninsula Apartment Council (PAC), Multifamily Executive of the Year, Board Member for PAC, and Board Member for National Home Builders Association (NHBA).
