The Peninsula Home Builders Association and Peninsula Apartment Council held their 2007 Expo and Recognition Banquet, August 16th, at the Newport News Marriott in Newport News, VA. During the awards ceremony, six honors were presented to communities managed by Newport News based Drucker & Falk, LLC.

The Peninsula Apartment Council (PAC) is comprised of over 20,000 multifamily units in the four city, four county area of the Virginia Peninsula. The membership encompasses firms representing the multi-family industry as well as affiliate members who also support the industry. Nominees for the 2007 PAC awards were judged by a group of custom home builders and other association members not directly involved in the multifamily industry.
