Father and Son Sell $35+ Million in Multi-Family Real Estate

Drucker & Falk, an investment real group in Raleigh, has closed two major multifamily sales, totaling more than $35 million. The first involved the Harrison Grande at 300 Sudbury Drive in Cary, NC. The building was sold by 1100 N. Harrison Inc for $29.9 Million to G&I V Harrison Grade LP. The building is a three story multi-family building with approximately 400,000 square feet with 319 units. It resides on 35.26 acres of land and boasts a 94% occupancy. Bobby Stovall of Drucker & Falk represented the seller while Colonial Properties represented the buyer G&I V Harrison Grade LP.
Following suit, Bobby Stovall's son, Branham took initiative in making a deal to sell the Dutch Village Apartments at 4707 Bluebird Ct in Raleigh. Originally owned by Bedford Properties, LLC., it sold for $6.5 million to Dutch Village, LLC. This building consists of 106 units and totals nearly 120,000 square feet of space on two floors. It over looks 8.63 acres of land and currently has a 90% tenant occupancy rate. Branham Stovall represented the seller while Haim Einhorn of Arbel Inc. represented the buyer.
Month after month this father and son team are taking big strides at Drucker & Falk, completing two back-to-back deals in the summer of 2007. |
