Tracey Johnson, a Regional Property Manager with Drucker & Falk LLC, was named as the CPM Candidate of the Year for 2006 by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 105. The Candidate of the Year award was introduced in 2006 by IREM Chapter 105 as a new honor, and Mr. Johnson was the inaugural winner.

Tracey began his career with Drucker & Falk in 1995 in commercial sales. After getting his feet wet, he transferred to the multifamily management department as a leasing professional, and later, as a Property Manager. In 2000, he was promoted to the position of Regional Property Manager, overseeing both residential and commercial properties.

During the awards ceremony, IREM Chapter 105 cited Tracey's ability to successfully and profitably manage communities in a soft market. The award presentation also focused on his expert handling of two apartment community fires within a one year period.

Tracey is married and is the busy father of two sons, ages 7 and 10. He stays involved in his family's life by serving as the Assistant Coach of his son's baseball team.
