The MFE Top 50 list is released each spring, posting national rankings based on the number of managed units in the prior year. The 2005 Top 50 list, released in May 2006, shows over 28,000 apartment homes managed by Drucker & Falk, LLC in the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions.
