Newport News, VA, August 19, 2006 - Tenured top performers Alan E. Meetze and David Hudgins were recently named by Drucker & Falk, LLC as Directors of Commercial Sales & Leasing. Over the past decade, both individuals have established themselves as leaders in commercial real estate, both within the Drucker & Falk organization and throughout Hampton Roads. Their contributions are evident in numerous industry awards, as well as in their community and professional involvement.

Alan Meetze, who lives in Poquoson with his wife and two sons, graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Since joining Drucker & Falk in 1991, he has developed a sterling reputation while practicing a wide range of commercial brokerage services with an emphasis on investment and development sales. Mr. Meetze been distinguished with four Drucker & Falk Top Producer awards and nine Commercial Real Estate Council sales & leasing awards. He is actively involved in the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate and the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. He is a past president of both the Leadership Institute Alumni Association and the Peninsula Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. He also served for two years on the Commercial Real Estate Council.

David Hudgins, who lives in Williamsburg with his wife, son, and daughter, graduated from Ferrum College and the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute of Commerce. In 1998, he joined Drucker & Falk, where he specializes in multifamily, retail and commercial investment properties and development. He is actively involved with the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Council, Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and the Williamsburg and Peninsula Builders Associations. Mr. Hudgins received the Drucker & Falk Top Producer award in 2002 and 2005, and has been recognized by the Commercial Real Estate Council with numerous Gold and Silver sales and leasing awards.
