With a degree in experimental psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, Wendy C. Drucker began her career with Drucker & Falk in 1981 in the Raleigh Office. Her focus continues to be on multifamily management, the supervision of new construction and rent-up, older apartment community renovations, and new business development. Upon moving to the Newport News Corporation Headquarters in 1994, she assumed the responsibilities of Assistant General Manager of the firm focusing on expanding the management profile. Currently, Wendy is involved in all aspects of the firm and continues to concentrate on new business development.

Kellie Falk-Tillett

Kellie Falk-Tillett is a graduate of Meredith College and earned her MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from American University. She is responsible for the overall operations of multifamily management services. She is a North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) by the National Apartment Association. She is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional by the National Association of Home Builders (HCCP) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

David Falk, Jr.

A graduate of NC State University, with a degree in finance, David Falk, Jr. began his full-time career with Drucker & Falk in Newport News, VA, working in various departments within the firm. Upon moving back to Raleigh, David worked with the Development Division in designing, planning, financing, and stabilizing new apartment communities. Now, as Co-CEO of Drucker & Falk, LLC, his main focus is due diligence, finance, structuring, and negotiating new deals, development, syndication, and brokering deals.

Ron Melvin

Ron Melvin joined Drucker & Falk in 1973, serving as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller until assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer in 1997. In January 2005, Ron was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing 33 years of tenure to his leadership role in the organization. Ron is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Guy Buck

Guy Buck joins Drucker & Falk as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cassidy & Pinkard, the largest locally owned commercial real estate services company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Guy graduated from East Carolina University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Music and completed his MBA through the University of Colorado
at Colorado Springs in Fall of 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John Munick

John Munick retired from his position of COO & President, which he held for 12 years. He has stayed on as Director and trusted advisor for the new management team. He will also continue to oversee a number of important projects that are underway. With Drucker & Falk since 1974, he has served as a regional Director and Director of the Multifamily Rental Management Divisions. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
