Drucker & Falk recognizes that education is the cornerstone of success. With that in mind, the firm is committed to strong training and education programs. From Drucker & Falk University’s bi annual education conferences to monthly new hire, operations, post audit, and technology training, the firm’s educational programs cover almost every aspect of the multifamily experience.
Maintenance training is an important key to Drucker & Falk’s success as well. Safety meeting and OSHA training are delivered regularly to onsite maintenance team members.
The company’s Virtual Education Department offers online training 24 hours per day/7 days per week, so associates may take courses at any time, from any location, and without an instructor present. Electronic “click classes” guide the participant through the PowerPoint presentations, accompanied by an interactive worksheet. Recaps of prior classes can be found online as well, for a quick refreshers.
