With a degree in experimental psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, Wendy C. Drucker began her career with Drucker & Falk in 1981 in the Raleigh Office, and later moved to Newport News, VA. A Certified Property ManagerŪ through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Wendy focuses on new business development, multifamily management, the supervision of new construction and rent-up, and older apartment community renovations. Kellie Falk-Tillett graduated from Meredith College with a BA in Business Administration and received her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the American University. She is a Certified Property ManagerŪ through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Housing Credit Certified Professional from the National Association of Home Builders, and a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Property Supervisor through the National Apartment Association. A graduate of NC State University, with a degree in finance, David Falk, Jr. began his full-time career with Drucker & Falk in Newport News, VA, working in various departments within the firm. Upon moving back to Raleigh, David worked with the Development Division in designing, planning, financing, and stabilizing new apartment communities. Now, as Managing Director of Drucker & Falk, LLC, his main focus is due diligence, finance, structuring, and negotiating new deals, development, syndication, and brokering deals. Jim Ledbetter joined Drucker & Falk in March, 2009, bringing with him twenty three years of commercial real estate leadership experience. As a senior-level investment and asset management executive with some of the industry's most prominent firms, he gained extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, development, brokerage, and property management. Jim is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Management, and Georgia State University, with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Guy Buck joined Drucker & Falk as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cassidy & Pinkard, the largest locally owned commercial real estate services company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Guy graduated from East Carolina University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Music and completed his MBA through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in Fall of 2004. Dan Haefner Dan Haefner serves as the Executive Director of Multifamily Management, overseeing all multifamily operations for the firm. Dan is the former President and Chief Information Officer of Lane Asset Management; former President of Lane Management, LLC; and former Vice President of Asset Management with Insignia Residential Group. Dan is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga, California, with a BA Business Management. He is a Board Member of the National Multi Housing Council, the Georgia Apartment Industry Educational Fund, Rent Bureau, and the Community Life Concepts non-profit organization, and a past Board Member of both the Georgia Apartment Association and Atlanta Apartment Association. Ron Melvin joined Drucker & Falk in 1973, serving as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller until assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer in 1997. In January 2005, Ron was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing 33 years of tenure to his leadership role in the organization. Ron is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
