Tim Winfey joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in May, 2007. With 29 years of experience, Tim currently serves as the firm's MidAtlantic Maintenance Coordinator.

Tim is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a member of the Richmond Apartment Management Association (RAMA).
