Steve Hayworth joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in March, 1986. With over 21 years of industry experience, Steve currently serves as the company's Maintenance Director.

Steve holds several professional licenses from the state of North Carolina including General Contractor, HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical; CFC and CPO Instructor. He is a respected maintenance instructor within the multifamily industry, and has been an active member of the Triangle Apartment Association for many years.
