Randolph Warren joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in 1988. With 25 years of experience, Randy currently serves as the firm's Director of Multifamily Management for the Southeastern Region.

Randy is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has been named as Certified Property Manager of the Year twice by IREM Chapter 38. He holds his Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) certification from the National Association of Home Builders, a North Carolina Real Estate license, and a certificate in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing.

Fun Fact ~ Randy has successfully completed three ten K races crossing the Cooper River Bridge in Charleston, South Carolina; he has completed other 10K races in New Orleans, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Williamsburg and Kilmonick Virginia.
