Monica Topicz joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in 1996. With 15 years of experience, Monica currently serves as a Regional Property Manager.

Monica is a Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management. She serves on the boards of both IREM and the Greater Orlando Apartment Association. She has been recognized by Drucker & Falk as the top fee producer in her region for 7 consecutive years. Monica is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.
