Kim Stutt joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in February, 2007. With 19 years of experience, Kim currently serves as a Regional Property Manager.

Kim is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM). She was awarded Property Manager and Team Player of the Year with a previous management company.

Fun Fact ~ Kim loves spending spare time with her family and two chocolate labs, Harley and Daisy.
