2007 Richmond Apartment Management Association (RAMA)

The Richmond Apartment Management Association (RAMA) held their annual RAMMY Awards gala on Friday, January 19th. The event was held at the Omni Hotel in Richmond, Virginia. During the event, two awards were presented to employees of Drucker & Falk, LLC.

The staff of Chesterfield Square Apartments received the award for Property of the Year in their rental price range. Chesterfield Square has won this award for five consecutive years.

Kim Coleman-Bain of Tanglewood Apartments received the award for Leasing Professional of the Year. Tanglewood Apartments in located in Petersburg, VA.
