Drucker & Falk, LLC was founded by A. Louis Drucker and Emmanuel E. Falk in 1938 in Newport News, VA. The company became a Limited Liability Company in May, 1997.

A third party fee manager with nearly 26,151 managed residential units, Drucker & Falk, is the 8th oldest Accredited Management Organization in the nation. The Accredited Management Organization designation is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management .
